Pastor Andy, Senior Pastor and Founder of World Overcomers Christian Church, started a sermon with a story about the driver of the car swatted at a fruit fly while driving and ended up veering off the road when doing so. PA looked up the life expectancy of a gnat and discovered that they only live for about 5-6 weeks. Moral of the story, don't wreck your world going after the small things that only last for a short while. Keep your focus on where you're going! Since that message, it has stuck with me.
